Hard Anodized Aluminum Cookware by Todd English! Does it work well?
Hello I’ve recently been introduced to Todd English’s affordable Anodized Aluminum. I’ve never used Anodized Aluminum, how does it compare. I hate Teflon and the Toxicity that comes from the fumes and chips of Teflon. I just wanted to make sure that Anodized Aluminum and Teflon are 100% difference!
What are your experiences with Anodized Aluminum? Thanks for your time!
I don’t know if “anodized” makes a difference, but I do know that generally there are lots of things you can’t cook in an aluminium pan. You can’t cook very acidic things, rhubarb, pickles etc. Anytime a recipe says “cook in a non-reactive pan”, that means you can’t use aluminium.
